Juan Kiroga is a music composer, songwriter, composer for audiovisual media, theater, stage arts and performance. He studied film music at the University of Quebec in Montreal, and has a background in literature, philosophy and sociology. 

His work includes pieces for dance, performance, video art and radio podcast.
Together with the dancer and performer Margarita Milagros, he has participated in the festivals: Visiones Urbanas (São Paulo, Brazil), Experiments in Cinema (Albuquerque, NM, US), Art.Écran (Montreal, QC, Canada).

Juan Kiroga's work is not limited to any genre, type of instrumentation or mode of production (analog or digital).

Music, to be human, needs two elements: narration and emotion. Each new creation starts from these two questions: how a human story is told? and how it is felt?
